Return Policy
If you wish to return an item because it is defective, please send an email to info@wholuvsyoubaby.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization-RMA. If the item is found to be defective a replacement will be sent. If the item is being returned because of customer error or customer changes his/her mind, there is a restocking fee of 20% and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways - the original fees and the return fees. To receive a refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging, new and unopened.
All items being returned must have an RMA and be returned within 14 days of receipt of the RMA
All RMAs must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Shipping
In stock items will ship the next business day.
Back Ordered/Out of Stock Items will ship within 1 - 4 weeks. If an item is on backorder, you will receive an email letting you know when to expect the item. If an item takes longer than the allotted time above, you will be notified.
Shipping Insurance
You have the option of choosing insurance for your package. Fees range from $1.79 - $9.50 exact rates depend on amount purchased and the carrier. You will be charged when the package is shipped.
If you choose NOT to purchase insurance, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be made on your product if it is lost/stolen/damaged during shipping. It will be your responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier if you want your item and/or money back.
If you choose to have insurance and anything happens to the package during shipping we handle everything.
Legal action may be taken if the customer denies receiving goods and an inspection has taken place and the goods have been found to have been delivered properly OR if the customer intentionally damages any goods to file a fraudulent claim. If a customer does this, wholuvsyoubaby.com will provide the carrier with any and all documents, photos, or any information regarding the item(s).
